Dr. Marisa Zitterich, DDS
DentistDr. Marisa Zitterich, known as Dr. Z to her patients, brings energy, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of excellence to Fisher & Zitterich Dentistry. Graduating in the top 1% of her high school class, she continued her academic career at Baylor University, earning Magna Cum Laude honors in Biology with a Chemistry minor while leading as a cheer captain. She completed her DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry in Houston in 2016. Dr. Z is passionate about cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, surgery, implant placement, and wisdom teeth removal—she custom designs stunning new smiles using a step-by-step process perfected through mentorship from Dr. Fisher (including doing her own father’s smile!). She deeply values continual learning, far exceeding continuing education requirements to stay at the forefront of dental innovation. Driven by a mission to give back, she has served on numerous dental mission trips across Mexico, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua. Outside the office, Dr. Z is a devoted wife and mother of two boys, Kruz and Cash, and cherishes active days with her family by the pool or lake.

Owner/DentistWith more than three decades of experience and deep Rockwall roots, Dr. Michael Fisher is the heart of the Fisher & Zitterich Dentistry legacy. A Texas A&M graduate, he earned his DDS and completed a prestigious AEGD Residency at Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Fisher has personally placed and restored over 4,500 dental implants and brings national and international recognition as a published author and educator in cosmetic and implant dentistry. Patients and peers alike trust his honest advice, gentle care, and sharp clinical acumen. Married to his high school sweetheart, Carla, Dr. Fisher is devoted to his growing family, including two grandchildren, and enjoys cycling, classic car restoration, photography, and riding Harley-Davidsons. His reputation for treating every patient as family ensures a unique, caring dental experience for each person he serves.
